Gillian Owens (Nicole Kidman) and Sally (Sandra Bullock), born into a witchcraft family, mostly tried to avoid any kind of magic. But the unexpected death of when Gillian’s wicked boyfriend made them learn the spells and magic.

The story is more than witches and magic, and it’s different than most witch stories. It’s a story of the bond between the family and sisters. It represents feminism, about the ladies standing up for themselves and helps each other.
